Located 95 km from Bangalore in Kanakapura, this geological wonder is formed where the Arkavathi River joins the Cauvery, creating a confluence of breathtaking beauty. The trip includes a thrilling coracle ride on the Cauvery's calmer stretches and a visit to the nearby Chunchi Falls, a series of cascading waterfalls surrounded by lush green forest.     Pickup from designated Bangalore points. Drive 95 km via Kanakapura to the Mekedatu region.

    Mekedatu Gorge & Sangamma Confluence

    Visit the Mekedatu Gorge Viewpoint — witness the Cauvery squeezing through the narrow rocky channel. Walk 4 km to the Sangamma River Confluence Point where the Arkavathi meets the Cauvery. Enjoy a coracle ride on the river's calmer stretches.

  3. 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
    Chunchi Falls

    Drive about 25 km to Chunchi Falls. Explore the multi-tiered cascading waterfall, enjoy the mist and photography at designated safe zones. Lunch at a local restaurant.

  4. 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
    Kengal Temple & Return

    Visit the historic Kengal Temple in Channapatna on the way back. Drive back to Bangalore, arriving by evening.
